We offer four comprehensive tiers to meet salons at every stage of growth:

  • Tier One: Basic Access ($995 one-time): Includes the WIN Salon Manual, monthly newsletter, and chat support—perfect for self-starters.

  • Premium Access ($1,999 one-time): Everything in Basic, plus a 5-hour deep-dive consultation, custom templates, and personalized business insights.

  • Premiere Access ($14,000/year or $2,500 deposit + $1,000/month): Full manual access, ongoing support, quarterly in-person visits, staff training, and high-level mentorship.

  • Platinum Access ($45,000/year or $10,000 deposit + $4,000/month): Executive partnership with unlimited strategy, priority support, and monthly on-site visits.

Can I purchase the WIN Salon Manual separately?

Absolutely! Our virtual manual is available for a one-time investment of $999. It’s a comprehensive resource covering branding, operations, leadership, systems, hospitality, and more—ideal for salon owners who want to implement proven strategies at their own pace.

Is there a free consultation available?

We do not offer free consultations. All packages and resources are available for purchase directly, ensuring every client receives dedicated value and expert support from day one.

What is included in the monthly newsletter?

Our monthly newsletter delivers actionable insights, industry trends, and exclusive tips straight to your inbox—helping you stay ahead and inspired as you grow your business.

How does customer chat support work?

All clients receive access to our customer chat support, where you can ask questions and get guidance as you implement WIN’s systems and strategies.

Are in-person consulting days available everywhere?

Full Day Visits are available to salons within 70 miles of zip code 19135. For salons outside this area, all consultations are conducted via Zoom (or in-person if travel expenses are covered). Half Day Visits are always virtual, regardless of location.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed on the 15th of every month. If you choose to cancel, the remaining balance for the year is immediately due. All payments are final—there are no refunds or exchanges. Purchasing any service or package means you agree to this cancellation policy.

Can I get ongoing support after my initial package?

Yes! Continued support is available and charged per instance: Half-Day (3 hours) for $499 or Full-Day (5 hours) for $999.
